A Country Love Story

I am very behind on blogs, so thank you to those who have continued to follow my posts on mygoodeye photography's facebook page and those who are reading this now! I promise as this wedding season begins to wind down I will go back and blog all of the incredible sessions I have been doing during this super busy time.

I wanted to make get this blog up fast about this country engagement session. Megan had contacted me to shoot her wedding and engagement photos earlier this year, and we had been communicating all summer about what type of session we could do that would show their personalities and capture their love. Since both Megan and Joey both loved things country and have a background in working with horses, I felt it would be fitting to take them to a family members horse farm where I new we could take magical photos. I love the farm, it has all the basics that make a posh living for some incredibly spoiled horses, but most importantly it features a wooded oasis that is uncommon for the city area 15 minutes past downtown St. Louis. Megan and Joey came to the photo shoot in perfect attire for a country love story, and I helped create some fun moments for them to have captured. We started our shoot during the "golden hour" and ended it as the sun disappeared for some interesting night shots. Here are the results from this fun, laid back, and romantic day!  Watch the full session here or check out a few teasers on this blog post.
